Looks a good one to be fair and cheap, but I'm not such a fan of MkIVs really, fancy a Mk5 or newer ideally.

May think about it a bit more though

 

hi buddy thats my van lol if you can find a mk5 or 6 van as solid as this for the same money snap it up but chances are i bet you wont.

I'm just not sure about the older vans, not a fan of the shape so much.

Is there much bodywork rust / dents? I need a van that cosmetically looks tidy - my current van is ok, a bit battered though hence looking for a clean one to put my mint engine into (a low mile tweaked TD lump)

 

the body is tidy and solid but does have a few dents and small rust scabs but for its age ect its shocking that it looks this good, i was very tempted to do the bodywork and paint it ect but i have a mk2 xr2 now and dont really care about anything else lol

i know what your saying about the shape but mk5 and 6 vans in good shape are not that easy to find, i did have one a couple of years back that was almost mint body wise but i had to pay good money for it
