deck plate for boring and honing up to 2mm oversize 75mm billet alloy £75
wire ringing tool cuts 1mm wide .6m deep grove for perfect gasket sealing never had a gasket go after this prep you only need to use a standard gasket £100

4x4 engine just built by me and run for 1 hr can be seen running and strip for inspection if required
block std bore honed on sun honing rig with deck plate and wire ringed
mahle low comp pistons
crank perfect condition with new race bearings and arp bolts
new gen cosworth 4x4 oil pump and new drive shaft .fitted 2wd sump
head perfect condition new guides and serdi valve job
4x4 water pump
dizzy new cap rotor and new marrelli phaze sensor and new grp a coil
2wd inlet manifold with devils own 4 port water/methanol injection new air temp and coolant temp sensors inc throttle body and pf01 tps
2wd exh manifold with vdo exh temp sensor comes with gauge etc (cost 300)turbo dynamics 1hr old turbo 360 thrust
803 green injectors just serviced new filters and seals and flow checked
4x4 or 2wd loom l6 ecu with bayoo chip and 3bar
this engine is a gem I ran the engine in myself after building its had 3 oil changes first run no boost on mineral oil to bed rings then valvoline fully sythetic 30 mins changed with new filter and more valvoline.
with the w/meth this will give about 350 and stay safe as was built to run flat out constantly for marine use
£2800 complete with mapped water/methanol system

i also have 2wd engine striped good std bore wire ringed needs new pistons and rings (slapping when cold and breathing) head perfect ,crank and rods like new can be sold in bits or sold built with new pistons bearings and pump

how is the condition on the race loom and 4x4 loom ? any pictures of them

 

I would pref the 4x4 loom to go with engine and is mint ,but will split if enough interest in other parts, the race loom is good condition no damage or chaffing or corrosion . Will try and post some pics if I can get I phone photos on here without to much trouble ? Cheers Gary

how good is the 2wd loom? all complete especially at the coil part?

 

Looking at the looms all of my looms have the relay circuits removed and the plug for linking to standard car loom ,so there prob only useful for a cossie conversion.
