Step away from it for a little while, come back and do the seals, then enjoy it. You'll surely regret it, everyone gets fed up with them, but quickly miss them when they're gone. Even when you don't use it much, different story when its not there for a nice weekend blast

Mate thats crazy cheap! Maybe you should return it to standard and sell all the goodies as i seen how much you've put into this on your thread. shame to see your selling, good luck though.

White smoke is usually water related, blue smoke is oil being blown through (turbo/stem seals/rings etc) mate.

Cheers,

Grant you sure bud?as i have always known as the way i said it bud could be wrong though valve guide seals is more common when cold (as they go hard when they are fkd and when cold and oil passes through until there warm and soften up a bit) the reason i said turbo is i know it blue smokes cause its happened to me a couple times

Yeah its easy done, just spirals out of control. We'll see what happens like i say im not taking even 10p less than the asking price, i will how ever hold off on the breaking part as it will break my heart to strip it so i wanna sell complete or it will just sit in the shed like a naughty school boy thinking about what its done!

I would put it away for a year or two and rebuild your bank balance in the meantime

Thats what ive done with my 3dr but instead am spending it on the saff. Once the engine is in and the car is at a stage where im happy with it, i will stop spending as i use this everyday.

You have done a lot of work on the car so someone is going to get a good one

Pick your toys up from out the pram and leave it alone then when I have a day off next week we can just pull it apart and asses the damage what ever it is we can fix it and then play on the way to ford fair! You can't go in a transit van two years in a row!
