i put a fiesta rs turbo engine in my car, and need to find engine number for my insurance??? ive checked in haynes and where it says it should be it aint? anybody got an old block or anything i can rob number off? im really pi$$ed off ive spent all this money on engine only to find out they cant cover me unless i get number PLEASEEEEEE somebody help me

 

cant you give them your old number and say it was rebuilt?

Usually the last 5 or 6 digits of the chassis No.

 

Sorted it now jus used an old 1600 block number thats rusty in mates garden cheers guys

looking at block from the front, it should be on the lip at the right hand side of the engine
