1995 White Celica GT4 ST205 Import £2800 Fife
For sale is my Celica GT4, imported Feb 2003.
MOT'd Feb 2012, Tax'd July 2011
I have owned the car since January this year, but time has come to put it up for sale due to too many on going projects needing time/space. Unfortunately the Celica has to go.
Since owning the car I have spent a vast amount of money to bring the car upto the standard it deserves.
Here is a run-down of the spec when I bought it:
17" OZ Chrono's finished in white
KYB Shocks and Springs
Blitz Blow-off Valve
Blitz Turbo Timer
HKS Mushroom Filter
Greddy Boost Gauge
I have added since my ownership:
F1 6 Paddle Clutch
Fidanza Lightweight Flywheel
Toyo Proxies T1-R's
Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust (with muffler tip)
All of the above have been bought brand new and done less than 3000 miles since the last MOT.
Usual refinements from the GT4 such as 4 Pot front brakes, 2 Pot rears. Amazing four wheel drive system that really makes this car fantastic to drive.
Whilst the clutch was changed the engine was treated to a full service, this included: oil + filter, fuel filter, new brake fluid, new power steering fluid, new anti-freeze/coolant and new charge cooler coolant.O/S figure 8 joint also replaced.
The tank has been removed and the fuel pump cradle replaced which was not cheap from Toyota. New tank straps and mounts, also from Toyota have been fitted, aswell as new flexible fuel pipe. This cost over £250 in parts alone, receipts to prove.
The underneath has been wax-oiled before last winter and the bonnet has been resprayed, so no nasty stone chips or blemishes.
Interior is in very good condition considering this car is now 16 years old. No rips or tears on the drivers seat. New fitted floor mats have also been purchased.
The previous owner fitted a Ripspeed CD unit that can play MP3, MP4, DVD's and also has auxilary ports for USB sticks or IPOD. Not my personal taste but I spent my money elsewhere as stated above.
Everything electrical inside works just how it should.
TOAD Ai606 alarm and immobiliser fitted which makes insurance premiums lower. The installation certificate and handbook are present.
The engine is very responsive and Turbo spools perfectly. A real pleasure to drive. Since my ownership I have only filled the car with V-Power of Tesco Momentum. I personally wouldnt run anything lower in octane.
There are some bad points, as would be expected for a car this age and I have reflected this in my price:
Speed Sensor has snapped a pin, this makes the engine management light appear (I have a replacement to go with the car)
Wheels could do with a small refurb, they are not kerbed or damaged, just showing signs of age.
Rear engine mount requires replacing.
If I had time to fix these then I would not be selling this car.
I have been as honest as possible with this add and in turn I think this is a very honest car! A few small fixes and this car would be in A1 condition. A car that is sure to not disappoint.
The amount of paper-work that goes with this car is staggering. £1000's spent in the last few years from very reputable companies.
