My T190 turbo is with AET ATM and they've said it's a T25 based on a RS Turbo T3 but struggled to identify it. They've said it has a cracked turbine housing and there is damage to the turbine itself as though something has gone through the blades that shouldn't.
Anyone got any idea how much these may cost me as apparently it's not a common turbo

It's £540inc vat for new turbine housing, new turbine wheel, all seals replaced and 360bearings fitted. Seals are apparently stronger too.
It's a T25 fitted to Saab 900 or 9000 16v turbo and possibly Volvo T5 which is handy.

SO is it a standard Saab 900 T25 or has it been modified at all to fit the zetec manifold, be good if the turbo used on the T series is an off the shelf model

Hi James! hope you got my PM
I also had a problem with my turbo and ended up speaking to turbo technics who i believe had a hand in some way with the original sourcing/fabricating of the custom T25 turbos. I say this because they strangely had an untouched one on the shelf which i managed to get hold of to replace my failed blower!
The exhaust side of the turbo is somewhat hard if not impossible to locate the origins... As far as i'm aware the manifold flange pattern is not a standard fit for any turbo exhaust housing except the T190/T230 specific turbos. If that is the case and all else fails you could change the manifold... but being a T series car it kinda might feel slightly wrong to not have it as it was designed.. all be it some what annoying and impossible to do anything about... That being said, they're all custom builds anyway and it would be for the benefit of the car..
