Rebound adjustment for drag racing?

Anyone have experience/knowledge on this?
For Cosworth 2wd, what is better for max traction, "soft" or "firm" adjustment on the rebound for the rear shocks?
I am going to use Hoosier Drag Radial 225x50x15.

try turbosport as they do more drag racing or old skoolford
