have you tried the rs2000 & RS1600i room as they might know,and I think theres a thread of the numbers of cars still on the road

Hve you tired the dvla site think theres a bit ontehre you can see if a car stills taxed or when it was sorned or taxed

 

The enquiry is complete Dosent look like it has been on the road since 2006, so it means it could still be around in somebodys garage as a project, hopefully it is.
