Ok cool... What gap do we reckon? I run a 1mm gap with the NGKs

Matt, Had to send the faulty beige back in the end, they reckon it had "developed" a fault between when they posted it and it arriving here... It was down to 100cc/min flow and incorrect spray pattern - so over 2 weeks after sending them off they are fitted and the car runs!

My gaps irrelevant as you know im n/a. I'd say realistically you could get away with 1mm still. BUT if this misfire is the spark being "blown out" then maybe dropping it to .9mm and seeing how you get on could be worth it

Completely unrelated, but I think I recognise the Orion in your siggy - were you on the A11/A47 the other day? Think you had another Orion in convoy with you.

Ive got a set of 071c's now, i'll give them a go and try a 0.7mm gap (thanks to stu @ msd)
I've always stuck with NGKs and never really ventured away, but i'll give these a go and report my findings lol!
Cosmeister, not recently on the a11/47... But i may have been on there at some point! The old girl hasn't ventured far outside of essex recently!
