Default convert my 1.6 rst efi to 2.1 zvh

i have an rs turbo efi engine in my escort and was wondering on what it takes for this conversion? im not brill with this sort of stuff but managed to do the whole efi engine swap and wiring etc on my own so can do most stuff, but i just need to know on costs, bottom end to use or is it worth making it a zetec turbo? can i use my t3 hybrid turbo on it, boost, coolent, anxcillary hoses, wiring looms etc. any info would be brilliant cheers
i can get a blacktop 2.0 engine from a mondeo, or will a 2000/2001 reg focus blacktop 2.0 bottom end be fine?

As your EFI a ZVH is pointless IMO go full ZT mate, can be done for about the same cost and is a much better engine in every way.

Yeah mate if you go zvh you can use most things the best person to speak to (in my opinion) is simon from sitech he will be able to supply you with everything you need my brother has not long changed from a cvh to zvh and the differance is awsome.

He has changed a few more bits though but it was worth it
2.1 zvh cosworth racing pistons
Stage 3 ported big valve head (soon to be ported some more)
cosworth sweedish inlet modified to fit
deka injectors 650cc (i think)
TT T38 turbo
Haltech mangement
cant remember anymore but it has made 334bhp so far at 21 psi

like bram says if its a zvh your wanting to build give simon @ sitech a call he'll be able to supply you with everything you need.

nothing wrong with a well built zvh imo!

I've said it before and I'll say it again! A good well built zvh are a cracking engine the torque is insane! If built well they are great.
