Default idle speed set up

since putting my stg 3 chip in and doing the head gasket on my big turbo escos, now when the car is warm it revs at around 2K with the ISCV connected - when u go to start the car you can hear it click click as it pules and starts fine, ive set the base idle to 950 rpm with it disconnected, but as soon as it is plugged back in it revs up to 2K - the valve must be being told to open by the ecu - what should i check? everything else seems to be ok

it was ultrasonically cleaned and is working - but just by the fact that it operated when it was connected eliminated that anyway.

it actually tuened out to be the throttle position sensor was out of position, reading 0.56 volts at idle when it should have been 0.2 volts.

works fine now that was ajusted back -
