whats the best clutch for a rs turbo s2??
hey guys,
whats the best clutch for a rs turbo? without breaking the bank?
also how much power can a standard good quality clutch handle?
at the mo its got a standard clutch in there which was working fine no issues really, just book the gearbox out today as i left it over winter and the core plug came out, noticed the clutch is on its last legs
so i might aswell put a clutch in there now
cheers

why dont yiu do the job once and never worry about it again.. like just stick a proper 4 paddle clutch in it. then u wont have to worry about a clutch again for a few years.. could up the power and not worry about slipping etc... but standard ones are nice to drive i suppose. get a uprated on .. ap or just get a decent clutch from euros
6 paddle alcon with standard pressure plate will take all te abuse you an throw at it and giv a near standard feel to the cluth they are about £180 i even know of an rs turbo with a cossie engine in it thats front wheel drive and running one of these with 350bhp/350torque
Old info - but still considered best advise.

Standard one is upto 200 generally (depending on torque) so if you're near standard engine-wise stick with one of those.
