List of changes in order to convert std sierra to cossie
I was wondering if there is a list of parts to replace in standart sierra (2.0 ohc/dohc) in order to make it a sierra cosworth.
They must have some common parts or the only part is a shell?
P.S. Sorry for my English =)

Don't worry about your english, it's a LOT better than most on here!!
There's just so much to list, it's cheaper to buy a cossie to start with imo.
There's,
engine
gearbox
diff/s
propshaft
wiring seats/interior
bonnet(if 4wd)
There's just so much to list, can be done but a lot of work and ropey cossies can be bought so cheap, is it worth it ?

I think I should go to the UK, buy a cossie and drive back home across the Europe =) what a journey
btw you can buy a 91-92 sierra 2.0 dohc in normal condition for about 3000 quid and still there would be some rust and a quite tired engine

As above there is no point personally, remember you need to inform your insurance company, the premium for which may be more even than a genuine one to start with.
Remember there are many external differences as well, I.E side skirts, front bumper, grill, lights, spoiler, wheels in addition to whats mentioned above.
Also the rear beam and suspension is different and I think the hubs are as well from memory.

Been there done that as well.
Basically you'll need front and rear axles, prop shaft, petrol tank and fuel pump besides the obvious stuff.
I know of people who used the standard Sierra T9 gearbox and even standard diff but you won't be revving much with those - best switch to Cosworth items as well.
Also I left the standard brake master cylinder but used Cosworth slaves and brakes all round. The size of the master cylinder across the range is standard at 22mm (I think). I didn't bother with ABS.
