a bit of rust bubble on the rear arch whats the best way to get rid of it
Tidy, don't know if I agree with reps, rekon you should do something different with it so nobody can accuse you of being a wanna be (but thats just my opinion, and its your car).
+1. I personally dont like reps. Always a let down when you find out the car is slower then a bus. My old van was a RST rep with XR3I running gear. The first few months I drove it I kept getting questions about it. They would always be dissapointed when you say it wasnt a RST. If you wanna make it a rep they by all means go for it, buy I do think a new engine should be on the list as well whether it be CVH , Zetec or something else. You've got a blank canvus so the possibilitys are endless
Sand it down, filler, primmer, paint? There are probably better ways (and more costly) of doing it than that though, good luck with whatever you do, and keep us updated.
I'd look at putting an arch in it mate. Save you having to repair more rot in the future.
I'd put an rst kit on it like you say, then when you can afford it drop a turbo lump in there. It's a good way to build yourself a solid/tidy rst, albeit not a genuine on but who cares.
