I've got no battery light or oil light on my dash panel the dash lights up once you put lights on head light bulb comes on main beam bulb comes on and hand brake light comes on but won't go of once you release it you have to turn the ignition off forbid to go out checked bulbs and plug fittings etc any ideas

 

I would assume earthily issue or broken track on the back of the binnacle. Try the earth in the drivers footwell behind the speaker cover.
