help needed ive just fitted a 2.1 zvh in to my cabby with a s2 loom my problem is ive got no spark ive fitted a brandnew group a magneti merelli coil and when ignition is on im getting 12 plus volts at the positive side and 12 plus volts at the negitive side is this normal all the earths are good and thers no spark comeing from the ht lead the fuel relay cuts in and out as it should as well any help would be appreciated

A good earth should be no more than 0.03v sounds like the earth is open circuit dude try cleaning the earth(s)

hi all found the problem to day i found a break in the wire from pin 14 in the ecu plug that runs to the distributor multi plug im feeling a right bright spark now
