stuck clutch

hi after parking my mk2 escort up for the winter i went to take her out the other day but when i started it up it wont go into gear it seams the clutch plate is stuck to the flywheel anyone came across this problem or have a soulation please

yeah same car years ago. warm it up put it in gear turn the key it will bunny hop then start and drive offwhen its moving put yr foot on the clutch and keep driving itll release we done this loads
