Hi,

I was hoping for a little bit of advice, I have just got a set of capri pepperpots for my Escort Mk4. Now I have bolted them on and I am using the same bolts from my old steelies they seem to be ok. Now my concern is about the size of the bolt head I just have a fear they will sheer off. Do you think I should get a new set of bolts with a larger bolt heads?

Any advice would be much appreciated

 

yes mate you do need bigger head bolts (a set off the XR2/3) as the standard ones you
are using will pull through the holes and f---k your alloys up i may have a set in the shed
