Default Powercord from enginebay to boot?

Hi

I want to get some 30 mm2 from battery to boot for an amplifier

I have this pic:

I've been looking for a hole to use but cant figure out where?

Any suggestions? Drill new hole, but where?
Just need the cable to get in then I'll run it under the carpet in left side and signal cords in right side.

If you could circle the picture to point out where it should be

Thanks!
Best regards
Martin

The thing is your engine bay is the opposite way to ours ie, your batteries on the left not tue right, and your fuse box is the other way, so I'm not sure if all the holes are the same? When I fitted mine i managed to squeeze the wire down the side of the fuse box. if I were to do it again however I would take the wire up through the gromet for the speedo cable through the dash and down Tue interior sill protectors on the drivers side to the boot.

ye should be plenty of room with the speedo cable or if you wanted to drill it i think to be on the safe side id take the clocks out and atleast you can see both sides of where your drilling.

I know about the opposite engine bays
So I'll check the fuse box and see if anything makes sense.
What is "gromet"?
When the cable is in the car, it goes under the carpet in drivers side - and not in the plastic panels as usual.

What about drilling through to the tire - and the into the cabine again? I think I can remember someone mentioned years ago.

A Gromet is made from rubber, that allows wire to pass through a piece of bodywork whilst keeping an air tight seal to prevent water getting into the cabin or attacking the metal bodywork.

Google it
