how do i remove the battery tray will the engine bay need paint afterwards

you will need to remove it by drilling/ breaking the welds

my guess it will need to be painted after

So its a job from underneath the car I built my car put the engine in it and I'm fucked if I can see how to get it out lol thanks

after having a look at mine today, get a angle grinder on the tray and cut off what you can from the top...

then you will be able to see the bracket then grind the plate till the spot welds are gone and the plate drops

cover engine and hoses as sparks will kill the hoses and damage other engine components
