No old schooler's in here :(
I've just got in after spending the day on my mk2, got the engine and Atlas in today, she's white with a 70's style orange "Gulf racing ala GT40 stripe" over the whole car, 5 linked, comp. struts, MSA log booked, Monte Carlo arches, spent 8 months and Ł9k so far and get this, I've not even driven it yet!
Doing a Tarmac event on Dec 7th so gotta step it up a gear!

Longcross military testing grounds near Surrey. they have included 45 degree tank testing ramps in the stages in the past with a massive jump at the top as it levels out.I've just got lumenition ignition for it to replace the points etc, anygood?

I'm here. Got grazed knuckles and sore hands after cleaning up the mess made when my rocker cover gasket leaked oil everywhere.

I am here also have had a few in the past and have a Harrier at the moment.
Had a few cossies also but there is nothing like a Mk2 side ways on carbs.
It has a 2.1 pinto in it at the moment but building a N/A Cosworth 2.4 for next summer.

Hey, i am new to this. I got an old skool ford. Its an 1961 ford popular 100e. Its currently in the restoration process. Even if it was done, i wouldn't be able to drive it coz i am only 16

it is very quiet on here for old school.... in the resto/projects section there is 5 (that i've noticed) cars being done that are pre '80 and ... well they aint talking "what injectors, what boost, what 1/4 time" etc, so dont get a lookin.
Christ, I've been without oldskool since October 2003, things have changed, S2 is now up for sale (Ł3000ovno) & I'm now got another Mk1 lined up to take its place but can't get it until the S2 has gone!
