Question fiesta 1.3ohv to EFI,

hey all i have a 1.3 mk3 fiesta with the old air box on top of the carb and want to know if there was any benifits to going from the old single point injection to efi of the endura-e engine or is there no diffeance.

i am wondering as im going up the scrappys at some point for a few bits an bobs
and if it helps with power or mpg i'll do it i assume theres not a vast diffeance with sensors an that

sorry if i am being stupid

tom

Be better just putting a new engine in mate or buying a faster car

The system you mention was a slight step up from a carb and is CFI, I don't really see what benefits you would get, sure you would probably get improved fuel economy but not that you would notice I should think, it would actually be quite alot of work, parts and expense to do as well!

Completly different setups, the latter (KA Endura-E) uses EEC as well.
