Hi guys,

I'm thinking of buying a set other wheels for my 500.

I've seen a BBS replica set, but don't know which tyres I should fit

At the front I want 7,5 J wide at 17"

At the rear I want 8,5 J wide at 17"

I believe they have an ET factor from 35

Who can advise me some tyres? I don't want the German look (to small tyres on wide rims)

 

Front 215.40.17
Rear 235.40.17

My car was running the tyre sizes I listed and my wheels are the same size and also et35.
I do not remember the front catching but my suspension is quite stiff but the rear tyres did rub the arches quite badly.
Only issue is with a 8.5 inch rear rim width you will not get a thinner tyre on without the stretch look.

 

I'd go with 245/35/17 on the rear 215/40/17 on the front is spot on.
