4wd cossie turbo, £130





manifold availble for £10+post and collins actuator for £33posted (circa £70 new and this had a new spring last year from matt lewis motorsport)
will do all the above for £150

runs and doesn't have much movement in shaft, just the usual from a journal bearing turbo.
no smoke on idle or running that i have noticed either.
was last running on a 1.8zvh in my xr2, hence the modified oil return and actuator bracket and arm to clear radiator much better (as seen in my thread link below sig)
can be posted via courier for £8.40.

also have a diaphragm dumpvalve with kevlar diaphragm fitted, good condition does what it says on the tin £30

zvh engine:
head is spot on and will be remove slowly to remove the need to skim (hopefully)
head will be £160 as is with recent cam (xr2i)/followers/kent vernier/piper springs/recent valve/seat regrind/recut and ported.
1.8 zvh bottom end will go for £270 ono along with re-useable head bolts 1.8 sump etc. may need a ring replacing in cylinder 4 (full set can be bought for £30 on ebay as one cylinder was only showing 130psi compared to the others showing 150psi on a compression test). using skimmed early pistons and held 23psi peak boost well and daily low boost setting of 15psi. also with breather in rear and oil return in front, low mileage waterpump (<2000miles).
no issues apart from blow by due to compression being down on cylinder 4
burton power alloy rocker cover £90 (new were £240)
inlet £35
coil pack and blue silicone leads for cvh efi with bracket £30
efi flywheel drilled for zetec with brand new unused new bolts £30
