Default 3door anti roll bar links specs

Hi. If anyone could give me the links specs to rear anti roll bar for 3door rs500/cosworth, I would be happy I want to fabricate a couple of those.

I need: Lenght, wide and hole mm. Pictures would be nice.

Regards

Anders HK from norway

Thank you very much for the pictures pal! I copied one of them and edited with mm.
Can you find out what these measures are in mm with a caliper? Is just to get it exactly

Could you also find out how wide it is where the bushes are and what bolt I need?

thanks again

thanks I understand your thoughts, but as you said. 3dr type is shorter in length.

I have a buddy that is working as CNC operator and he said yes to make a couple =)

I'm pretty sure that if you measure the stubs the ends go on you will find they are 5/16, on my old mk1 sierra before I had a sapphy arb on the rear I made a link about 4" long each side with a rod end on each end, chopped the "bulge" part off the stub, drilled the centre of the stub and tapped to about 5mm, then used a washer/bolt to hold each end firm.
I then went sapphy type arb, in 16mm, the std 3 door arb on the rear is imo a waste of time and effort.

Well it's your car, good luck with it, in retrospect I wouldn't even have gone to the bother of taking a 3 door shape bar even if it were free, and certainly not fitting it, the merkur arb is not going to make a world of difference over the std 14mm one over such a long length.

hmmm.. okay, Why I am fitting the 3dr type is because i don`t want to weld so much in the chassi and it has original mounts ready to mount on. It is going to be a fun car, not for races

I will try first to make some rubber or poly so the original mounts can be used. So if that works, you want a pair?=)

yes, I will se what I can do But it should not be a problem to make some for you too. I`ve heard around and in Norway it is a problem to buy genuine parts for older fords.

One more question, how wide are the links/bushes?

Thanks pal I have also found polyurethane bar that I am going to machine the bushes to use in the links. I was thinking 90 in hardness.
