As said, roof pump mounts to the boot floor to the left, you will need the proper trim pannel(has a lift up flap) to cover it over, switches are the same as the window 1's but have the little icon on, i may have 1 if i look that you can have, as for the fluid standard brake fluid works fine but avoid the hydroscopic stuff used in citroen suspension setups as it rots the seals

I know its in a stereo case but where that is is anyones guess lol

As for the pannel, there easy enough to get hold off via ebay etc (bout a tenner) there the same bar the bottom which has a little box cover that hides the motor against the wheel arch

dont use brake fluid ????? use hydraulic jack oil [halfrauds etc] the switch is not the same the windows are earth controlled the roof is live controlled get the proper switch the wiring is a asshole because it is inhibited so only works in position1 two relays at the front two at the back in the rear quarter the pump has four bolts on the passenger side the trim panel is different as has been said the hydraulic struts have a different mounting on them iirc the non power hood bolts the power hood has pins and circlips

ok

any hydraulic fluid will do (NOT LHM )

they are the same switch (its in the wiring that differs)

also to mount it (if cab had electric roof from factory there is 2 threads in boot ) then you need a bracket that mounts on these and to pump

if not then you need to sit pump in boot passenger side

wiring does only work in pos1 unless (iirc its the yellow) relay from under dash is removed

manual roof pins have ball joints on end

electric roof pins (are pins and circlips)

the rear passenger panel is different has a cut out for pump and a separate cover that pressed studed on

hope this helps
