Angry 4x4 steering problem

hi my sapph has started to clonk when turning left and right i cant see anything does any 1 have any ideas

mine did that, one of my hubs was damaged where the shaft went in.

Is it a clonk, or more a twang ?, it's not unusual for the top bearings to jam, and as the spring winds up through jamming it gives all of a sudden.
I would jack the front up and disconnect each track rod from the hub and see if the strut/s turn freely.

I would look at the CV joints.
