FRST - What Spark Plugs?

Just wondering what the recommended plug is for a high powered Fiesta RST. Are Escort RST or Cossie plugs OK, or is a different plug required due to the different ignition setup?

when i got new plugs all i could find was champion not sure if escort or cossie will fit tho speak to burton power they seem to always have the answer!

fit the normal plugs for the FRST, i always use NGK plugs but champion are good too.

saying that though thinking about, i had some bosch super 4's once in my old xr2 and it did seem to run better
