Evening people as above what's the best way to remove ready for spraying of doors?

Take seals out, lower windows, mask off glass, I am not sure it needs to be removed ?

Thanks for reply, unfortunately needs removing as am putting different door on and it has reg number etched. Looks like it needs prizing of the runner, 2 x pegs go into plastic cups which slide in the runner.

drill out the rivits that hold the regultar and slide it off the glass
