Was coming back round the M25 with a mate from Thurrock doing about 80mph or so in the outside lane going with the flow of the traffic. As we drew alongside a car with Dutch number plates on it the guy just moved across into my lane then as he was halfway over starts to indicate. Had to hit the anchors and pull right to not collect him, Christ only knows how close we were to them and the armco, and to make matters worse I was nearly shunted up the arse by an Astra that was behind us.

The other car just cleared off. To steal a phrase from Top Gear my "arse was going like a rabbits nose".

Was so busy trying not to have a crash I didn't actually manage to beep or anything. Opted to move into the slower lanes as the old right leg was shaking.

It's mirror, signal, manouver. NOT manouver, signal and don't even use the mirror to see what mayhem you've left in your wake

 

Dutch number plates? Not a surprise then, they're known across Europe for being lethal drivers.

Heard from more than one German: 'What do they give you in Holland when you fail your driving test 5 times? Yellow number plates' (as all Dutch plates are yellow...)

 

This also happend on the m25 heading towards m11, I ended up going into middle lane/first lane/ hard shoulder and back out.

I had two other people just pull and completely not see me

So its been an interesting drive/weekend in the s2 up and down the m1

 

It was scary stuff for sure, you reacted well mate

 

You just sat there and calm as you like just went "oh fuck" . Bar the incident it was a good crack.
