Are these ok being fitted above the downpipe or do they cause problems heating up?

Looking through loads of pictures and it seems some do and some dont fit them there

Will be perfectly fine there, heat is a benefit, still no where near as hot as it gets inside the engine though!!

There different breather Chris, the ones on the turbo side[first 2 pics] are Philalloy items. The other one that has the tank on the inlet side is a GGR breather.
