Default Paint & airbrush work.

One of the site managers at my work wanted her Suzuki Bandit painting so i took it on, all prep and paint is done by me and the art work by my dad, he hasnt picked up his airbrush in 30 years so i think hes done well.

The bits as i got them, the paintwork was very tired batterd and bruised

forgot to take pics of tank and side panels lol sure you get the idea

stripped the tank to metal

etch primed then primed..

guide coat applied

then the metalic black base coat..

Few little dust nibs in this but its not been flatted and polished in the pic

pics really dont do the finish justice and the colours of the artwork look much better in natural light..

side panels and grab handel are cleared but no pics yet and the tail piece still need this putting on

Just thought id share it.....

these are some of the stuff from the past hes done some of its 40 years old lol hence the scnanned bad quality pics..

killers one was never finished as the lad took the tank to show to a mate half way thorugh and ended up with it rolling round the back of his mustang causing it damage to the side..

there are loads more so ill get some scanned in.

tbh gareth ive no idea what you would expect to pay the work my dad did years ago was always done "cheap" as pocket money really more of a hobby than a business and the reaper bike was done for my boss who origionally only wanted it metalic base coat and clear but then decided on artwork now as thats out of my leauge i prepped and base coated it before my dad did the air brush work then i cleared over the top
