Does anyone knows this product?

Its a seal in spray form, and are developed to use with mls headgaskets etc.

Are there any other product you would recommend?

if both surfaces are totally flat i cant see the need for it tbh

Only the head has been skimmed, the block is only cleaned. Its perfectly straight, but there are minor scratches in the surface...
