Well as some of you may know i was unsure about the tailpipe that was on the sapph was a 3.5'' rolled out..was ok but from certain angles looked too big and random..so changed it for a 3'' only half an inch but it seems more pleasing to the eye now..ithink??

I think that the 3 1/2 would look well if Mongoose could bin the oval back box and go back to the perfect round one, it would save all the hassle of keep moving it around!

main reason i did it as some of you have mentioned,with it looking stock and having dinky wheels the pipe looked a bit random and out of place..

 

It suits the car well mate.It looks good.I didnt think the bigger pipe looked that bad.

Yeah mate Red top on ALL 2wd's and early 4x4's until 1992 then it was GREEN top and obviously BLUE for Escort
