Just wondering are mk3 and mk5 fiesta basically same chassis if so can i bolt running gear from fiesta turbo into basic 5door mk5

 

They're not the same chassis, none of the suspension is inter-changeable. Also engine mounts are very different.

 

how about puma engine then surely that be straight forward enough

 

Puma engine drops straight into a Mk5, depending on speedo type, plain or lcd you can use the puma wiring loom with minor changes. Ask over on ZSOC.com for more details but it's a very straightforward conversion.

 

This is probably a really stupid question, but does anyone know if the shocks and springs from an ST180 will fit a Mk5? I'd been planning originally on getting some adjustable coilovers, but obviously if I can save money that's also a big + and the ST Ines are on offer quite cheap. Any help is as always greatly appreciated. Cheers
