The last time I tried to look after a set, I ended up buying 90-spec rear spoiler screw caps. Roughly the same size, but don't clip in. I mounted mine with a small drop of flexible glue.

There were a guy on ebay that remade a full set and sold them on ebay..... I bought a full set.
