Is it worth fitting vernier pulleys on a standard engine?
Is it really worth it fitting them an a stage 3 engine whit standard cams?

In short NO, the chances of picking up any meaningful power with a cam timing swing done on the rolling road is very remote, assuming you have enough piston/valve clearance to do a swing anyway, ie pocket pistons ?
