2wd cossie is like a stage2, bit it doesn't have a 360degree thrust bearing, but can be mated to the rst exhaust housing very simply.
so in effect like a stage 2.
for me though, i'd find a 4wd cossie turbo and use that instead, that's like a stage3 rst turbo, in that the compressor is much bigger and 0.48 housing is the same, although downpipe will need changing, but will flow much better.
i used a 4wd cossie turbo n my zvh and ran at 23psi without any issues, although i'm now changing to a T34 or similar for a ZT engine.

if the housings are the same, 0.48 why does it flow better?seems a lot of aggro when you can just get a stage three rst one?

Agree with you dude.Less agro the better! But if you trying to save money, then guess some people go down this route. But then id expect you have to spend out correcting the fitting....

bit pointless fitting a stage 3 if you dont have all the rest modded to go with it,or it will be laggy as foook.
turbo should be matched to your existing mods really.
eg,stage 3 t3 and standard engine is not ideal.
if stage 2 what you want mate, best getting your own rebuilt to stage 2 spec then you know its a goodun

as gup said,pm wilky on here mate.
he was gonna rebuild mine for me but i managed to get a brand new stage 2 for a good price.
he quoted me 170 for standard rebuild or 230 with a 360 bearing.
and he has a dynamic balancing machine so he can do a proper job.

just get a 4wd cossie turbo and swap the exhaust housing with the rst one, takes minutes to do and doesn't affect the balance of the turbo or anything.
just boosts more
