Default Cosworth propshaft lengh ?

Does anyone know how far in a 2wd propshaft sits into a t5 gearbox. My one seems to have worn excessivly, and also has worn the bearing in the back of the gearbox. My prop only seems to go in about half way,as if the prop has been made to short.Has anyone got any pics that i can compare with
cheers matt

I've got a complete 2wd prop under the junk in me garage, I'll try to remember to dig it out and measure for you.
When I've had this on cars though I've simply taken the joint apart and had the surface machined down to suit a 1-2mm larger inside diameter seal.

Haven't had chance to be in the garage today, was busy running lad around.
I must say at first look I'm very surprised it is only in that far and would have expected at least another 1" to 1 1/2" in, it doesn't look right at all imo.
If you pm me your email I'll take some piccies of me spare prop and send them to you.
