Default drive belt ford fiesta1.8d mk4

HI,

My tension pulley broke the other day and I am looking to buy a new one(and belt ) on eurocarparts.

I have mesured the tension pulley to be 73mm 22mm but the choices on eurocarpart ask if its alternator powered or steering pump powered? and also with or without aircon/pas - does this mean aircon OR pas or aircon AND pas?.

my car does not have aircon and the alternator and power steering is powered by the belt.

the reg i used on eurocarparts uk is n778 mav.

thanks in advance for help on this.
Ian

Can you not take the bits off the car and take them to the shop so that you get the right ones.

So you tell them you want the belt for a non a/c car that has power steering, it's not exactly rocket science

Just ring them in morn and it'll be sorted, and it won't have the a/c belt on as it'll be much bigger that the one for your car. I work selling car parts.
And why would I be crying? I ain't broke my drive belt tensioner

thanks - all sorted - I put a new tension pulley in (only 15.18 before tax) . but used old belt for now as they sent wrong one! way to short - seems my car takes the longer belt even though it does not have air con! weird! - I could not reach the tension bolt with allen key (from the bonnet/top) so found a niffty little trick to turn the bolt from the threaded end(from under the car) - it was shaped like a allen key so used a socket that fitted it and presto!
