I have a Mk6 Fiesta 1.25 with 17" alloys on at the moment, They look great and fill the arches well but it doesnt quite look right as the jacked up slightly with the wheel size. Now I want to lower it slightly but not by much, 30mm at most but Im worried that the wheels may catch if I do (which they currently dont at all) and I dont want to be modifying the arches.

My question is; If I fit lowering springs of 30mm will my wheels catch?

Wat et are your wheels.

My girl friends st has et 37 wheels (standard is 52 so they stick out 15mm extra per side )
And the 7.5 j so wider than standard and that's lowered 45 and doesn't scrub so should be fine mate
