anybody know if anyone is cheaper for a genuine cosworth 4wd oil pump

i've got a used one if it any good to you.

 

Thanks mate but i have a second hand used OE Ford one and the engine i want one for is a complete new build, new head/cams/pistons/bearings etc so want a new genuine reliable cosworth oil pump,

I will google the Matt Lewis site and see what he has.

thats not a bad price. i got mine straight from cosworth and it was £188 including the vat in oct 08 ( just looked at my reciept)

 

Cosworth oil pumps have been a bit of a joke over the last few years, I don't use them.

 

I know they had a bad batch last year some time
But thought that was all rectified?

Who's pumps do you use Martin?

 

if you are using oil squirt jets in the block and not the orginal 4x4 oil-squirt-setup, you can use the t25 escos oilpump.
a lot cheaper

 

And not supported at both ends

As said didn't think cosworth/genuine and reliable went in the same sentence these days.
