Default Saph 4x4 strange noise

Hi

My 4x4 saph has developed a strange knock in the front end, if you driving along and flick the steering left then quickly right you get a single knock noise which you can also feel with your feet but it doesnt do it all the time, its also done it when when i was on full lock doing a u turn in a road junction.
Got it up on a ramp & gone through every joint, bush & mount and cant find anything wrong, checked for things touching other things & nothing.
Any idea?

Regards Matt

As you, I suspect something has a little play, often a pita to find, are the suspension tops nice and tight ?

Cheer's guys, im pretty sure the downpipe isnt causing the problem but will double check tomorrow, i half think the suspension tops could be the problem, they seem tight when jacked up & with weight of car on standing still but there isnt the weight there is when changing direction.
