he caught that irish fella driving an artic without a licence and that other fella twice over the limit driving an artic.

completely agree with those sorts being taken off the road.

alot of damage can be caused with trucks so hats off too them for coming up with that plan of using a unit

they wont be eny good when u get pulled for no seat belts u will have to stand out side in the rain to get a ticket and insurance checks

Yeah, wet roads plus perusing twocer in 4wd performance car = lotus in pieces.

Not a good choice for a cop car IMO. The Evo's would blind it on most of our roads.

Can't see it catching on, plods always gone for large heavy cars for tactical stops etc before, hit the evora in a metal car would it take it, what about crash protection as well ?
Be interesting all the same, german plod were using porker turbo's in the 70/80s when I lived there so nothing new there

It's only a publicity stunt. It's useless as a job car - it's got no space for kit, can't carry any passengers & will be too expensive to maintain and repair.

 

it was on middlands today last week they only have it for a month just there to promote there driving campain
