ohlins , reiger , bilsteins , proflex i think they would be able to supply off the shelf items ,but the down side is there expensive , just for the front i recon about £1500+
like people are saying send your coilovers back to the maker and iam sure they would be able to modify the cases.

oh avo do donew range of shock and hes got a wrc escort so he could defo make you a pair , i think the prices where £700 per side

hope this helps

cheers paul

Afraid not .
most of these Manufactureres would only do this as a 1 off ,none were ever fitted in period on the Gravel upright this thread is about .
I have made enquiries about having the cases re-made and this is a possibility if i can get enough orders to make it worthwhile , sadly i think people would want all different lengths and travel requirements which may scupper that . AVO do a range of inserts like everybody else ,its the cases that are an issue .

Hi mark ,
no ,youre right its not a problem , we already have it in hand but would like to compare quotes with you if you intend to do some .Glacier no longer make the 41mm Bearings tho so you would have to consider the size of insert before you start ,that means either a poor AVO a Bilstein or the expense of a Proper adjustable competition damper like we do !

could you not design a sleeve to go on an original shock so it bolts to the bub but then clamps the shock like a std hub does?

if you could it would be an option as then it would save money for people being able to keep there original shock instead of spening a lot of money on shocks just to run your hubs

yes thats an easy option for the front ,its just that you get a better front strut i think when you go 41mm bilstein ,as you have a leg of 41mm holding the upright as opposed to a normal coil over of i think 16/19 mm damper rod size ,also when you run the alloy upright on the rear ie cradle you have to use a different coil over to what you would nomally run on the rear ie a front one

thanks mark

Ok so I want to run stock 2wd AVO shocks front and rear, I only want your hubs and TCAs MK as they can be easily lowered the extra 50mm I want to achieve the required angles and also to widen the track to allow more lock.
Mark can you do a pair of your TCAs but with 35mm more between the Anti Roll Bar mount and hub mounting bearing?
If I can use my road AVOs with a sleeve and your uprights lower the TCA and TRE 50mm then I'm having the lot, if not then I have to get some standard heavy items welded and nodded
