How do Moles breath?

You see, there underground, so how do they breath if there nose is at the front?I wanna get to sleep tonight so I hope someone can help me?

and worms? the tunnel is small and tight, so how do they breath?

Moles contain twice as much blood and twice as much hemoglobin as other mammals of similar size. This allows moles to breathe more easily in underground environments with low oxygen
