i have problems starting my 89 saff cos, i have checked the ignition switch, replaced the starter motor, and run a direct feed off the battery to check the starter, the starter is fine, i dont even get power drain on the final click of the ignition key.

Check ignition keys wiring. manually connect the ignitionkeys wires, if it works then, replace ignition switch.

it didn`t start, when you manually connected the wires on ignition switch?

ok, is engine ground cable ok? try to connect the engine to the chassis. use start cables for example to do that.
