Default Cosworth 2wd no spark or injectors or anything

Hi all, i'm having problems with my 2wd sapphire.
I have tried the following
Crank sensor tested and reads 596 ohms, i know it should be between 600 and 1200 but would 4 ohms make a difference?
Phase sensor new from msd and resistance correct at the ecu plug
the fuel pump relay doesn't earth out at the ecu to make the pump run
coil sparks once when the ignition is turned on
all the old immobilisers have been removed
there is live to the injectors but no pulseing earth when cranking
crank sensor air gap is .7mm
There is + and - to the ecu
I'm thinking the ecu is faulty or maybe the crank sensor
Sorry for the essay but this one has got me baffled, any help would be greatly appreciated,
chris

The fuel pump should prime when the ignition is switched on but it won't do so unless it receives an input for the CPS, you would also not have a spark, check the connector for the CPS as this is a vulnerable part, the pins sometimes loose there grip inside and so a no connection situation.

Had a problem like this and it turned out to be a dodgy rotor arm!!

The sensors appear ok(4 ohm won't make a difference), the ecu is NOT outputting to the relay, which powers the fuel pump, it won't run without fuel, the pump will NOT prime all the time, stick a earth on the relay and see what happens, then follow wire back to ecu, if truly not outputting a earth to trip the relay, the ecu is duff, but easy to get around, hopefully will just be a dicky connection on the earth output.

What happened between it running fine, and not doing?
