Default Gear knob question

Right i got a 4x4 saph could someone tell me how many different fitment gear knobs there were made that can fit the stick comming out of a 4x4 box if u get what i mean

My old original box on an H plate was different to what i now got on my quaife which is the same as my sister used to have on her K plater but that is the same as she has on her G plater

ie it seems as what i used to have on my original box which was H plate and in between what my sister has on her G and K plates was different to what i and she now have.

Am confused cause an escos seems to have a different fitment again

Help with codes and years fitted is what i want i think lol

from what I've worked out.

There are push fit and screw fits for 4x4 MT75 box.

Aftermarket quickshit kits change fitment though.
