i use to have a big double rad in mine but since kitchen was redone it got disconected

now its bloomin cold and i need something in there

add pics aswell please

its the old mans garage that i have stolen off him and thats it no more rad

his kinda thrown a wobbly about me taking up his double garage as it is

so needs to be pops friendly

at present got a fan heater wired back to a stat by my workbench,but future plans includea bigger garage built on the side of my house so gonna be on the lookout for a suitable stove/logburner

SD1 v8 mini cooper 998 XR2 cvh st200 V6 engines all done in the front room with a nice coal -wood fire

i've got a small electric fan heater in one and 2 in the other and, if they are on 24/7 and i don't leave the door open too long it's very very toasting inside

i got a unit on a farm.no heating .worked in there all winter,snowed in and allsorts.
just work harder when it gets cold lol

not really. it burns pretty clean, unless it gets blocked or runs out of diesel. i use it for painting as well

Well you was in the garage with Mine going yesterday mate and that doesnt smell for a gas space heater but with the gas you need the door open so you don't kill yourself,

We've got an old space heater which is very effective but we dont actually use it normally, we just use this wood burner, its a bit small for the size of workshop really so doesnt get it mega hot, but certainly takes the chill off enough to work on cars even when its subzero outside.

i never leave to door open with my diesel space heater & im not dead yet. instructions say the garage door should be lifted a couple of inches. tbh though it only needs to be run for 10-15mins every so often or it gets too hot.

They are fucking great at bringing a room upto temperature quickly!

it air pump for the diesel feed is fucked in mine so i connected to the compressor. its suppose to run at 4psi but i initially heat it at 10psi then drop right back to a steady heat
